What is the miss exceptional pageant?

About the Miss Exceptional Pageant

The Miss Exceptional Pageant came about from the desire to offer opportunities for exceptional young ladies to improve their self-confidence and social/communication skills. Often times, girls struggle with self esteem. The Miss Exceptional Pageant is a chance for them to be in the spotlight and feel great about themselves for exactly who they are...which is exceptional!

Who We Are

The Miss Exceptional Pageant is a program of the Exceptional Families Network, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Lakewood, Washington. We work with families who have children with special needs. A majority of those exceptional children have some form of autism, but we welcome any diagnosis, disability or difference. We support, educate, and empower exceptional families and our community to create an inclusive environment for children with special needs.
