Thank you for participating in the 2020 Supreme Queen competition to support your contestant. Your dollars become votes for your favorite contestant! This fundraiser helps support the Miss Exceptional Program and the Exceptional Families Network, a 501c3 Nonprofit.
Please be sure to enter your favorite contestant's name so that they will receive credit. Please check out www.exceptionalfamilies.org for more information on our programs. This donation is tax deductible as allowed by law. Please make a note for your tax records.
Each vote is $1. Add the "quantity" of votes (quantity 20 = $20 donation toward your contest and 20 votes!)
Don't forget to add the contestant's name in the box so that they get credit for your votes!

Queen of Queens (for current title holders only).
Your votes will be tallied and applied appropriately to your favorite contestant.
